How do I place an order?

To order, simply add your chosen products to your cart and click the "check out" button. 

Do you customize?

We can customize songs for orders 200 pieces and up. See our event packages here.

What mode of payments are available?

For all areas within the Philippines, we accept payments through BPI, LBC, and Palawan Express. 

Do you customize wood printings?

Yes, we do. Here are the details for our custom wood print.

Basic Wood Printing: Additional 350php

 

  • Should contain texts only.

  • Simple shapes and symbols can be accepted. 

  • Must fit a 2x2in frame (approx. 8-10 words max).

 

Premium Wood Printing: Additional 450php

 

  • Includes photo printing. (photo should be sent to our email.)

  • One photo only with maximum of 2 people. 

  • Full body photo is not recommended.

  • Note that backgrounds and landscapes will not be included in the printing.

We will maximize the 2x2in. wood space in each music box but note that longer texts or full body photos would mean smaller prints. Custom print is only available on the inner lid of the music box. 

Please be advised that in availing the premium photo print, you are giving our artist full rights to interpret your photo in caricature style. All drawings are final and revisions will not be accepted.

 

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, you can view our products at the following stores:

  • The Craft Central, 2F Vertis North

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping fee is fixed rate of 150php for all areas within the Philippines. Mini Harps will have a shipping fee of 250php within any areas in the country. All parcels will be shipped through LBC or by our personal delivery team (within Metro Manila) and tracking numbers will be sent on your email or contact number within 24 hours after shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally through LBC. Please note that duties and taxes upon arrival to the destination country will vary based on the location and will not be shouldered by Ben & Bart. Kindly check shipping procedures from your local customs office. Below are international shipping rates: 

Zone A ( China, HongKong, Singapore, Taiwan) - 1250php or 25usd

Zone B ( Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand) - 1500php or 27usd

Zone C ( Australia, New Zealand, India) - 2600php or 48usd

Zone D ( Canada, Mexico) - 2850php or 53usd

Zone E ( United Kingdom, Germany, France) - 3900php or 71usd

Zone H ( United Arab Emirates,  Saudi Arabia, Kuwait ) - 4900php or 91usd

United States - 2900php or 54usd

* Shipping time will vary depending on the location. Please contact LBC for  further information. 

How long would it take for my order to arrive?

Metro Manila: 1-2 days

Provincial: 2-4 days

International: 6-7 days

Shipping schedule cannot be guaranteed. Any delays caused by weather conditions, courier's internal issues, or other fortuitous events are beyond the control of Ben & Bart.

What if I don't receive my order within  the supposed delivery date?

On some occasions where the courier fails to ship your order on the specified delivery date, kindly contact us or LBC customer support. We have no control over any delays caused by LBC. Rest assured, we will coordinate with our courier and update you as often as we can. 

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

To maintain the quality of our products, we do not allow returns or exchange. However, if we ship you a damaged or wrong item, we will replace it and shoulder any shipping costs that should incur.​
